S/he (pronounced /s-hi:/)is used instead of ‘he or she’.
Shim (pronounced /∫im/)is used instead of ‘her or him’.
Shis (pronounced /∫iz/) is used instead of ‘his or her(s)’.
Shimself (pronounced /∫imself/ is used instead of ‘himself or herself’.
B.C.E. (before common era) is used instead of B.C.
C.E. (common era) is used instead of A.D.
